pack ubyte[] pack(BYTE_ORDER byteOrder, T value): Deconstructs (saves) a passed value to unsigned byte array.
unpack T unpack(BYTE_ORDER byteOrder, ubyte[] bytes): Constructs (restores) a value from the passed in byte array.
